Mike Kirkland

Mike Kirkland is a Field Engineer at American Constructors since June 2017, with prior experience as an Industrial Electrician at Richard's Electric Incorporated from March 2007 to August 2013, where responsibilities included construction of electrical services for the Austin Capital Metro Light Rail and redesigning lighting at Longhorn Caverns State Park. Additionally, Mike served in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2007 as a Sergeant and Aviation Hydraulic Technician Supervisor, overseeing quarterly evaluations and instructing up to 30 personnel in technical courses. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2013 and 2017.
