Sophia Felts is a skilled marketing and human resources professional with diverse experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Marketing Assistant/Proofreader at American Consumer Shows since January 2023, Sophia is responsible for proofreading marketing materials, managing ads on TikTok and Google, and engaging with customers on social media. Previously, Sophia held positions at Avance Care, where responsibilities included HR generalist functions and recruitment coordination, furthering expertise in benefit administration and employee engagement. Additional experience includes roles at The Soto Law Firm as a Legal Assistant, as an Intern at Apex Systems, and customer service roles at YMCA of the Triangle and American Eagle Outfitters. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from East Carolina University and has obtained certifications in Copyediting and Business Administration - Human Resources Management.
