Previously, Joe held the position of senior project manager at ADAMS & ROBINSON ENTERPRISES INC from April 2017 to September 2019 and served in similar roles at The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western from 2013 to 2016, and PC Construction Company from 2004 to 2013. Joe began their career as a project engineer at Ulliman Schutte Construction, working from 2001 to 2004. Joe holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1995 and 2001.
