Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer Mitchell currently serves as an Operations Associate at American Corporate Partners, a role assumed in May 2023. Previous experience includes positions as a Civil Litigation Investigator for the City of San Diego from January 2019 to May 2021, and as an Analyst at Analytical Services, Inc., and Engility Corporation. Jennifer spent a significant portion of tenure as a Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service from December 2004 to October 2016. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the Naval Postgraduate School and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor’s Degree in German Studies from the University of Minnesota.
