Maya Niksic

Maya Niksic serves as the Program Director for the Rappaport Applied Field Learning Lab and Assistant Director for the Behavioral Insights Group at Harvard Kennedy School since September 2018, where responsibilities include designing workshops and fostering collaborations among diverse stakeholders. In addition to these roles, Maya contributes as a coach and consultant within various organizations, including BetterUp, the Institute of Coaching, and American Corporate Partners, focusing on veterans' career transitions. As the Founder and CEO of Adaptive Leadership Atelier, Maya also spearheads initiatives in adaptive leadership education. An experienced meditation practitioner, Maya is a Margha Program Fellow at Natural Dharma Fellowship and engages in continuous education through various programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, along with extensive training in coaching, yoga, and behavioral science.
