Mike Waite

Mike Waite is a Senior Manager at The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) and has a strong background in energy research focusing on building decarbonization, energy transition issues, building electrification, and renewable energy. Mike holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University. Waite has also served in various roles at Columbia University, Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc., ASHRAE, and ASHRAE-NY, showcasing their expertise in building enclosure design, energy standard development, and sustainability initiatives.
