Wendy Holliday

Wendy (Tronge) Holliday, M.Ed., CAE, serves as the Director of Member Recruitment at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), a role commenced in September 2025, aimed at enhancing the national network of engineering firms. Previously, Wendy was an Adjunct Faculty member at Kent State University, teaching Introduction to Professional Development, and served as the Chief Executive Officer of PayTech Women, where advocacy for women in the payments industry was prioritized. Other notable positions include Executive Director at the Digital Enterprise Society, Vice President of Attendee Acquisition and Experience at Velvet Chainsaw Consulting, Vice President of Marketing and Member Services at the National Association of College Stores, and Assistant Director of Communications at Certified Angus Beef LLC. Wendy's career began as Assistant Dean of Students at Southern Arkansas University, after which experience was gained in various roles at Kent State University. Wendy holds both a Master of Education in Higher Education Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Kent State University.
