Alison Chang, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of art history and curation, currently serving as Program Officer for US Programs at the American Council of Learned Societies since January 2021. Alison has extensive experience as an independent writer and curator since October 2015, with notable publications in Art in Print and Artsy Magazine. Previous roles include Director of Communications, Marketing, and Membership at CAA Advancing Art & Design, and leadership positions at the Association of Print Scholars. Alison's curatorial expertise was further developed through fellowships at the RISD Museum and research-driven roles at The Museum of Modern Art and Artsy. A Ph.D. graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, Alison also taught critical writing seminars at the same institution, enriching academic discourse in art history.
