Elaine Ward Ed.d.

Elaine Ward Ed.D. currently serves as the Carnegie Elective Classifications Research Lab Coordinator for the American Council on Education and is an Equity and Engagement Fellow at Campus Compact. As a Senior Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Community and Economic Engagement, Elaine Ward has a substantial background in higher education, including roles such as Associate Professor and Special Assistant to the President for Civic and Community Engagement at Merrimack College. Elaine Ward has contributed significantly to research and program development through various initiatives, including work with Community Knowledge Initiative and New England Resource Center for Higher Education. Academic credentials include an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from UMass Boston, complemented by a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's in Human Services from the same institution.
