Manana Kapanadze is an experienced professional currently serving as a FLEX Program Assistant at the American Councils for International Education since March 2024. Previous roles include CBD Client Case Officer at Nomad Capitalist, FLEX Program Recruiter at American Councils for International Education, and Public Diplomacy Section Intern at the US Embassy Tbilisi. Manana also participated in the FLEX Alumni Internship Program at Helping Hand and worked as a Small Grants Coordinator at GLOW Georgia for over three years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Teacher Education from Professionshøjskolen UCC and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Ilia State University. Manana is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Ilia State University.
