Matthew Palmer is an experienced professional in graphic design and education, currently serving as an English Second Language Teacher at RSTX since November 2021. Matthew holds an N.Diploma of Graphic Design from Durban University of Technology, completed between 2007 and 2009, following the attainment of Matric from Westville Boys High School in 2005.
