Karen N.

Karen N. has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Assistant Director for Summer Study Programs before transitioning to a role as a Communications Coordinator for Stratton Mountain Resort. In 2002, Karen joined American Crane and Equipment Corporation, where they steadily climbed the ranks. Karen began as the Vice President of Marketing and IT, responsible for developing marketing strategies and managing information technology. Karen then became the Executive Vice President, where they supported the President in overseeing all company operations and coordinating marketing and IT activities. In 2019, they were promoted to President & COO, and later in 2021, they assumed the role of President & CEO. In these leadership positions, Karen focused on guiding the company towards its mission and vision, driving innovation, and enhancing the customer experience.

Karen N. has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in both Business Administration and Information Science. Karen pursued these degrees at Penn State Great Valley, completing their MBA from 2007 to 2009 and their Master's in Information Science from 2005 to 2008. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University spanning from 1995 to 1999. Karen'smajor areas of study for their Bachelor's degree were Marketing and International Business, with an additional focus on International Studies and a minor in French.
