Jonathan Diaz

Jonathan Diaz is an experienced IT professional with a background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator II at American Credit Acceptance since February 2015, Jonathan is responsible for first-level administration of the Onbase system. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Help Desk Analyst at The Palmetto Bank from December 2011 to February 2015, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving first and second level calls, along with basic network and system administration tasks.
