Laquanda Lyles

LaQuanda Lyles has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as a Manager at American Credit Acceptance since September 2016, where responsibilities include handling escalated calls to resolve issues. Previous roles include Supervisor and Team Lead within the same organization. LaQuanda also worked as a Servicing Specialist at Charter Communications from January 2015 to April 2016 and held a position as a Sales Representative at Röchling Automotive from February 2011 to October 2014, beginning a career as a Warehouse Associate. LaQuanda earned a High School diploma from Boiling Springs High School (2004-2007) and attended Winthrop University from 2007 to 2009.
