Matt MacEyka

Matt Maceyka has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Matt was the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Analysis at American Credit Acceptance, where they led the analytics function to drive servicing strategy and improvements. Matt also oversaw the introduction of digital collections strategies and developed a new collections model.

As the Co-Founder and Director of Retainage Funding Solutions LLC, Matt launched a start-up venture to provide alternative financing to subcontractors in commercial construction. Matt secured multi-million dollar financing and underwrote and collected on multiple factoring deals.

At Resurgent Capital Services, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Development, leading analytics and data science teams to improve asset valuations and liquidation of acquired debts. Matt spearheaded the use of digital collections channels and developed an internal digital collections program.

During their time at Capital One, Matt held various roles including Senior Business Director and SVP - Retail Bank Marketing & Analysis. Matt managed marketing programs and analytics for new customer acquisitions and customer management, as well as risk management and loan growth for a $10 billion loan portfolio. Matt also led demand-driven engagements and implemented operational and strategic changes.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked at Spirit Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager, responsible for inventory, B2B sales, and branch P&L.

Matt Maceyka pursued their education at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an International MBA with a French track and a concentration in Finance. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they attended the University of South Carolina and obtained a BA degree in History.
