Pardhav Lingam

Pardhav Lingam has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2008 as an Operations Analyst at RP Transporters, where they supervised operations and implemented cost-saving measures. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Project Associate at Raghava Estates Ltd., focusing on land investment deals, raising capital, and developing a franchising model. Pardhav then worked as an Intern at Gracchus Capital, where they performed financial analyses for loan underwriting. At the Center for Real Estate Development, they were a Summer Intern and conducted research on REITs and created financial models for a multi-million-dollar development project. Pardhav also gained experience as an Acquisition Intern at Cambridge Development Group, analyzing investment opportunities. Currently, Pardhav works at American Credit Acceptance, starting as a Manager in Pricing & Analytics and progressing to their current role as VP of Business Analytics. Overall, Pardhav has a strong background in finance, real estate, and data analytics.

Pardhav Lingam obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Information and Communication Technology from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Pardhav completed this degree between the years 2004 and 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Real Estate and Finance at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012.
