Caitlin Kluey began their career in 2005 at GEICO as an Insurance Sales Specialist, where they were responsible for taking all incoming calls and email requests for auto insurance quotes. Caitlin used a complex underwriting system to determine risk factors and provide proper pricing for new policyholders, and was able to become the 5th highest sales producer in the company. In 2009, they moved to GreatCall, where they worked as a Phone Sales Coach. In 2014, they joined Solatube Home as a Sales and Project Manager. In 2022, they began working at Chick-fil-A-Franchise as the Director of Operations, and also began working at iSoftpull as a Customer Service Executive.

Caitlin Kluey obtained their Diploma of Education from San Marcos High School in 2004. In 2021, they obtained the Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam with Online Proctor from 360training.
