Chad Wardner

Chad Wardner has accumulated extensive experience in agricultural management and operations within the sugar industry, currently serving as Ag Operations Manager at American Crystal Sugar Company since November 2015. Prior roles at the same company include Harvest Maintenance Supervisor and Sr. Agriculturalist, where responsibilities involved collaboration with grower/owners to enhance the quality of sugarbeet crops. Prior to joining American Crystal Sugar Company, Chad worked as a Salesman at Terra Industries from June 1996 to April 2000. Chad holds a degree in Ag Industries Sales and Management, with a focus on Agronomy and Crop Science, from the University of Minnesota, Crookston Campus, earned between 1991 and 1996.
