Information Technology Help Desk Technician at American Customer Care, Inc.

Zachary Thompson is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in help desk support and systems analysis. At ACC Premiere from January 2023 to August 2024, responsibilities included creating network accounts, licensing users on various applications, and managing technical support tickets through ZenDesk. Prior to this, Zachary worked at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where duties involved responding to technical issues, remote access, and assisting with device problems. Earlier experience as an Information Systems Analyst at Truck-Lite involved managing printer and computer issues as well as liaising with vendors. Zachary is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Network Administration & Engineering Technology and holds an Associate of Science in Network and User Support, along with a minor in Software Development from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
