Mai Choua Lee

Mai Choua Lee has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2009 to 2015, they were the Manager of the Client Success Team at American DataBank. In this role, they led a team of Customer Success Managers and was responsible for managing revenue growth and retention, cross-sell/up-sell performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Mai Choua also reported on portfolio performance, monitored and tracked KPIs, and adjusted strategic direction where needed. In 2015, they moved to Asian Avenue Magazine as the Marketing Coordinator.

Mai Choua Lee attended the University of Colorado Denver from 2009 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Marketing Communications and Marketing Communications.
