Curtis P. Burrill II

Curtis P. Burrill II has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Curtis P. is currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruitment and Outreach at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), where they provide visionary leadership to cultivate the candidate pool for the dental profession. Prior to their current role, Curtis held the position of Deputy Senior Director at Optica, where they provided leadership and strategic planning for the foundation and outreach department. Before that, they worked as the Director of Outreach Programs at The Optical Society (OSA), overseeing education outreach for a global society. Curtis's earlier experiences include roles at American University as Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, University of New England as Assistant Director of Community and Student Life, and Tufts University as an Assistant Coordinator in Residential Life and Learning. Throughout their career, Curtis has demonstrated strong leadership skills in strategic planning, team management, budgeting, and program implementation.

Curtis P. Burrill II obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Horticulture from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Curtis P. then pursued further education and completed their Masters degree in Student Personnel Administration at Springfield College from 2006 to 2008.
