Jennifer Pronobis

Jennifer Pronobis has over 20 years of work experience in the dental industry. Jennifer started their career at WNY Dental as a Dental Hygienist and later became the Hygiene Coordinator. In 2000, they joined American Dental Partners and worked their way up to the role of Senior Regional Director of Operations, overseeing 65 practices with an annual revenue of $110 million. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing operations, financial performance, and team retention. Jennifer also has experience in developing dental hygiene programs and implementing care protocols and guidelines.

Jennifer Pronobis attended Erie Community College from an unknown start year until 1994. Jennifer obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist.
