Matt Bradley is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing distributed teams and software development processes. Currently serving as Senior Software Engineering Manager at Cox Automotive Inc. since June 2019, Matt has previously held management roles at The Home Depot and CDK Global, overseeing full-stack engineers and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. With a foundational career at Digital Motorworks, Matt has demonstrated expertise in data architecture, product development, and the implementation of agile methodologies. Academic credentials include a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and additional coursework at Austin Community College.
