Ashley Longo

Ashley Longo, MS, CMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Convention Program Operations at the American Diabetes Association since January 2020, previously holding the position of Manager of Professional Education. In this role, Ashley manages the development of consistent messaging across various platforms and oversees the production of eNewsletters and eBlasts targeting over 23,000 diabetes professionals. Prior experience includes serving as the Lay Ministries Coordinator at Springfield United Methodist Church, where responsibilities encompassed managing community events, enhancing volunteer engagement, and contributing to policy committees. Additionally, Ashley has held internships in healthcare IT and policy, providing valuable contributions to EMR integration and health interoperability research. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from George Mason University.
