Felicia Foye, MBA has extensive experience in various organizations and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Eligibility and Childcare Monitor at Family Guidance until 1995. Felicia then joined the Girl Scouts of South Central Alabama as the Director of Development, Marketing, and Membership, where they managed staff and volunteers and implemented strategies to recruit and retain members. In 2008, Felicia became the Director of Community Development and Public Affairs at BSR Trust, LLC, overseeing various aspects of community development, marketing, training, and corporate responsibility. Felicia also secured community grants and conducted training for over 200 employees. In 2016, Felicia joined the American Cancer Society as the Director of Community Development, where they established a performance-based culture, exceeded revenue goals, implemented best practices, and managed volunteer recruitment and training. In 2018, they became the Manager of Institutional Giving at Year Up, and in 2019, they transitioned to the American Diabetes Association, first as a Market Director for Georgia and Alabama and then as the Executive Director for Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Currently, Felicia holds the position of Senior Director of Health Equity & Community Impact at the American Diabetes Association.
Felicia Foye, MBA, completed their Master's Degree in MBA from Faulkner University between 2015 and 2017. Earlier, they obtained a Daycare Administration Certification from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2004. Felicia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Faulkner University. In addition to their formal education, Felicia has obtained several certifications focusing on topics such as developing a high-performance mindset, executive presence, diversity and inclusion, organizational chaos, and morning habits of high performers from LinkedIn.
