Jimmy Rhodes

Jimmy Rhodes has an extensive background in management and operations within the American Diabetes Association, where experience spans from January 2003 to the present in various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Managing Director, Shared Services. In this role, Jimmy oversees multiple departments, ensuring efficient processing of constituent and donation data. Previous positions include Director of Shared Services and Associate Director of Data Services, with a focus on quality control and database management. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and culinary leadership at Red Lobster, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
