Nuha Ali El Sayed

Nuha Ali El Sayed, MD, MMSc, is an established endocrinologist and diabetologist currently serving at Brigham and Women's Hospital since January 2025. Concurrently, Nuha holds leadership roles with the American Diabetes Association as Interim Chief Scientific and Medical Officer and Senior Vice President, while also founding and chairing DEFA: Diabetes Education For All since January 2021. An instructor in medicine at Harvard Medical School, Nuha has contributed to Joslin Diabetes Center in various capacities, including Medical Director for Training and Visitor Programs and Care Advisory until January 2025.
