Rob Davis

Rob Davis PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rob is currently working at the American Diabetes Association as the Director of Human Resources Operations since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager of Human Resources Information Systems at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining the American Diabetes Association, Rob worked at ncgCARE where they served as an HRIS Consultant from June 2022 to February 2023. Rob was also the HRIS Manager from October 2020 to June 2022 and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from June 2019 to October 2020.

From 2012 to 2019, Rob worked at Carolina Outreach, LLC as the Human Resources Manager from July 2014 to June 2019. Prior to this, they started their career at Carolina Outreach, LLC as a Human Resources/Executive Assistant from April 2012 to July 2014.

Earlier in their career, Rob worked at Vintage21 as the Director of Events from September 2007 to January 2010, and at Convergence as the Owner/Director from September 2006 to September 2007.

Rob Davis PHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Rob also holds a Continuing Studies Certificate in Human Resource Management from Duke University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wake Technical Community College. Additionally, they have obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in November 2015. Rob is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Analytics from East Carolina University, with plans to start a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the fall of 2024.
