Manny Salazar

Manny Salazar is an experienced umpire and referee currently officiating college baseball for multiple conferences, including the Northeast Conference, Atlantic 10 Conference, American Athletic Conference, Coastal Athletic Association, and The Southern Conference, while also serving as a referee for high school football in Florida. Since 2010, Manny has held the position of President at South Florida Elite Umpires, where administration and supervision of baseball officiating are key responsibilities. Additionally, Manny has invested in startups and real estate projects with Angels and Entrepreneurs Network since 2019. A graduate of Harry Wendelstedt Umpire School, Manny has a long-standing career in sports officiating and business.

The American Athletic Conference (The American), a member of the NCAA, was reconstituted in 2013.
