Laura Deswart

Laura DeSwart serves as the Senior Vice President for Leasing & Asian Marketing at American Dream since 2018 and holds an Executive position at Triple Five Worldwide since 2017. With a robust history in the retail and real estate sectors, Laura's previous roles include Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management at Walmart Asia Realty, and Vice President of Leasing, Marketing and Operations at Ivanhoé Cambridge China. Laura has also contributed to Simon Property Group as Vice President within the International Development Group, and held senior positions at CP Capital and Steiner + Associates. Laura's educational background includes an MBA from Florida International University and participation in the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
