Felix O. Quayson

Felix O. Quayson serves as a Faculty member in the Organization Workforce and Leadership Studies at Texas State University, where courses are delivered in hybrid and in-person formats, and also holds the position of Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree. In addition, Felix Quayson is the Secretary and Treasurer for the Career and Technical Education Special Interest Group of the American Educational Research Association and has been a Research Scholar at The Ohio State University since 2021, focusing on improving the recruitment and retention of Black male STEM teachers. As the Founder of The Human Occupation Project, Felix Quayson aims to enhance career readiness and workforce education. Educational roles include being a Faculty member in the online M.Ed. program at University of the People and serving in various capacities with nonprofits and educational organizations. Felix Quayson has an extensive educational background, including multiple advanced degrees from institutions such as Harvard and The Ohio State University.
