Mehmet Dali Ozturk

Mehmet Dali Ozturk, Ph.D., is an accomplished academic leader and researcher currently serving as the Dean of Research, Planning & Institutional Effectiveness at the College of the Sequoias, a position held since August 2013. Mehmet has extensive experience in enhancing institutional effectiveness and has held various research and leadership roles, including Vice President for Research & Learning Innovation at Predictive Technologies Corp. and Director of Institutional Research at the Naval Postgraduate School. Prior to these roles, Mehmet contributed significantly at Arizona State University in various capacities, advancing partnerships, grant proposals, and research initiatives focused on education improvement. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Education Policy, Planning, and Administration from the University of Southern California, along with a Post Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley.
