Odorico San Nicolas, M.Ed, currently serves as a PhD Candidate at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, focusing on Higher and Postsecondary Education. Research interests include minority serving institutions, AANAPISI, servingness, institutional accountability, and culturally responsive practices. Odorico also holds a Graduate Student Intern position at New York University, working on college access initiatives, and serves as a Graduate Representative for the American Educational Research Association’s Research on the Education of Asian and Pacific Americans special interest group. Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant for Educational Equity and Evaluation at Puget Sound ESD, Research Analyst at UMass Global and Brandman University, and various positions at UC Irvine, including Reservations Specialist and Resident Advisor. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy from NYU Steinhardt, a Master’s degree from the University of California Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine.
