Jarrod Combs

Jarrod Combs is a seasoned project management professional with a diverse background in engineering and business management. Currently serving as a Distribution Project Manager Principal at American Electric Power since May 2021, Jarrod leads multiple projects while focusing on operational efficiency and alignment with company values. Previously, Jarrod held the role of Project Manager at EASi, successfully managing over 47 projects with significant budget oversight. As a Project Engineer at EDG, Jarrod specialized in control system hardware design and power system modeling. Early career experience includes serving as a Business Manager at River Consulting, where Jarrod managed a team and negotiated service contracts. Jarrod holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.
