Michael Ulmer

Michael Ulmer, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at American Electric Power since October 2022, having previously held the role of Risk Management Analyst at the same company from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, Michael Ulmer worked at AEP Energy in various capacities, including Sales Operations Analyst and Small Business Energy Consultant, from 2015 to 2018. In the role of Small Business Energy Consultant, Michael Ulmer was instrumental in piloting AEP Energy's Business to Business program. Earlier professional experience includes a position as an Underwriter Intern at FastComp.com, LLC in 2012, where improvements to the Customer Relationship Management process and productivity programs were implemented. Michael Ulmer holds a Master of Business Administration from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University.
