Mouhamad Hammami

Mouhamad Hammami is currently a Senior Nuclear Health Physicist at American Electric Power since June 2025, having previously served as a Radiation Safety Program Manager at Renown Health. Prior experience includes extensive academic roles at Oakland University, where Mouhamad taught undergraduate physics laboratory courses, conducted research in MEG Imaging and molecular imaging, and contributed to aerospace research as a NASA Research Fellow. Education credentials consist of a Master of Science in Physics from Oakland University, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Physics/Mathematics, and a certification in Radiological Engineering and Health Physics from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Mouhamad has experience in private tutoring and as an ESL tutor, along with prior analytical work in water testing.
