Nick Fowler

Nick Fowler is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in technical support and network operations. Currently serving as a senior telecom technician at American Electric Power since December 2019, Nick has previously worked as a telecom support technician at Fusion Alliance, where responsibilities included the installation and integration of Ethernet firewall equipment and radio installations for power distribution trucks. Nick’s background also includes roles as a technician at Tech Mahindra, an agent at New York Life Insurance Company, and supervisor of network operations at Frontier Communications, where oversight of a team focused on maintaining circuit reliability was a key responsibility. Early in Nick's career at Verizon and GTE, circuit design and testing were performed to ensure reliable service for major commercial clients. Nick holds a B.S. in Professional Technology Studies with a concentration in telecommunications from Pace University.
