Samantha Seifert is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and analysis. Currently serving as Tax Manager and formerly Tax Analyst Principal at American Electric Power since May 2019, Samantha has built a solid foundation in tax roles starting as a Tax Associate and progressing to Tax Staff at Plante Moran from August 2012 to April 2019. Previous experience includes roles such as Graduate Intern in Career Services at Saint Louis University, Accounting Intern at Sonoco, and various positions in Career Services at Saint Louis University, along with an IT Risk Analyst Internship at JPMorgan Chase. Samantha holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a German Minor from Saint Louis University.
