Scott Osterholt

Scott Osterholt currently serves as Managing Director of Federal Grants and Broadband at American Electric Power since April 2009. In this role, Scott leads efforts to secure federal funding aimed at enhancing the safety, reliability, affordability, and cleanliness of energy systems. Previously, Scott held titles including Director of Broadband and Telecom Business Development, where responsibilities included maximizing revenue from telecom assets, and Director of Grid Modernization, overseeing regulatory project management. Additionally, Scott managed the $150M Smart Grid project in Ohio, enhancing various infrastructure components. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Program Management at AEP Communications/C3 Networks. Scott has pursued education at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Wright State University.
