Stephen Payne

Stephen Payne has extensive experience in the information technology sector, primarily with American Electric Power since May 2009, where roles have included IT Manager of GIS and Digital Imagery, Senior IT Architect, Senior Data Scientist, and Senior Software Developer. Prior to these positions, Stephen completed internships in software development and planning at American Electric Power in 2008 and 2007, respectively, gaining foundational skills in Java coding and requirements documentation. Stephen also worked as a Library and Information Systems Assistant at Kenyon College for four summers, focusing on network hardware maintenance. Academically, Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Capital University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Math, and Computational Science from the same institution.
