Deana Kilgore

Deana Kilgore, GBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the HR Manager at Amelex, Inc. since June 2017, where responsibilities include developing and administering human resources programs and collaborating with management to align strategic goals. In addition, Deana has been a Board Member of the Human Resources Association of Southern Maryland (HRASM) since November 2009, currently holding the position of Vice President. Previous experience includes office management and human resources roles at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies and an ombudsman position at NAMTRAGRUDET Tinker AFB. Deana's military background includes service as Yeoman Third Class in the US Navy. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Capella University and an AA in General Studies from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
