Kristen LeBlanc, PMP, CAE, currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence and Internal Project Manager at the Endocrine Society, where responsibilities include overseeing society projects from inception to completion, managing team expectations, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals. Previous experience includes roles as Account Executive at Association & Conference Group, LLC and Management Solutions Plus, and Executive Director at the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals, where strategic planning and budgeting were key functions. Additional experience encompasses positions within the American Psychiatric Association, Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™, North Carolina Nurses Association, North Carolina General Assembly, North Carolina Progress Board, and NC Institute of Political Leadership, demonstrating a strong background in operations management, volunteer engagement, and program development. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University and both a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from North Carolina State University.
