Michael Fletcher has extensive experience in information technology and data systems management. Michael began their career as a Requirements Analyst/Software Process SME at Michael Baker, Inc in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Michael then worked at Loudoun County as a Contractor in Data Analysis for a brief period before joining Euclid Technology as a Technical Analyst in 2008. Michael later became the Customer Support Manager at Euclid Technology before transitioning to their current role.
In 2011, Michael joined The Endocrine Society as a Database Administrator, where they led the effort to replace an outdated AMS/CRM system with Avectra's netFORUM Enterprise product. Michael successfully implemented this new system in 2013. Michael then became the Associate Director of Data Systems Management, focusing on integrating various customer-facing technology platforms with netFORUM for SSO, ecommerce, and entitlement/fulfillment.
As the Director of Information Technology at The Endocrine Society, Michael is responsible for providing technology leadership across the organization. Michael manages data systems, network infrastructure, help desk operations, and information management. Michael also works hands-on with multiple systems to develop technology solutions that support the organization's needs.
Michael Fletcher completed their high school education at McLean High School from 1998 to 2001. Michael then pursued their higher education at West Virginia University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from 2001 to 2005.
