Ayoub Baba has a diverse work experience in the field of energy and climate change. AYOUB has worked as an Energy Expert at Stantec, where they assessed the implementation of Energy Management System in the Ethiopian industrial sector. AYOUB also worked as a Senior Energy Expert at the same company, focusing on conducting energy audits in cement factories to identify energy-saving opportunities. Ayoub has also worked as a Senior Energy Consultant at NTU International A/S and Peco Energy, where they provided energy consulting services. Additionally, they have served as an IEEFP Committee Member at Efficiency Valuation Organization, Green Financing Consultant at DAI/EBRD, and as an Independent Sustainability Energy Consultant/Trainer. Ayoub has also held leadership positions such as President of AEE Tunisia Chapter at Association of Energy Engineers. AYOUB has experience in assessing companies' vulnerability to climate change as a Climate Change Consultant at IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH. Lastly, Ayoub has worked as a National Energy Expert at Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini / European Training Foundation.

Ayoub Baba has a diverse education history in the field of energy. AYOUB attended the Engineering National School of Monastir, ENIM, from 2005 to 2008 and obtained an Engineer's degree with a specialization in Energy. In 2010 to 2011, Ayoub pursued further education at the German-Tunisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Tunisia), earning a degree in Energy Management. In the same year, they attended CETIM for a short duration to focus on energy efficiency in industrial machines.

Additionally, Ayoub obtained certifications to enhance their professional profile. In 2014, they earned the Energy Auditor (iso 50001) certification from IRCA. Then, in 2017, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, although the institution from which they obtained it is unknown.

In terms of specific fields of study, Ayoub's education includes building energy simulation tools using the software VISUAL DOE, and energy efficiency in industrial machines.
