Ayoub Baba has a diverse work experience in the field of energy and climate change. Ayoub Baba has a diverse education history in the field of energy. AYOUB attended the Engineering National School of Monastir, ENIM, from 2005 to 2008 and obtained an Engineer's degree with a specialization in Energy. In 2010 to 2011, Ayoub pursued further education at the German-Tunisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Tunisia), earning a degree in Energy Management. In the same year, they attended CETIM for a short duration to focus on energy efficiency in industrial machines.

Additionally, Ayoub obtained certifications to enhance their professional profile. In 2014, they earned the Energy Auditor (iso 50001) certification from IRCA. Then, in 2017, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, although the institution from which they obtained it is unknown.

In terms of specific fields of study, Ayoub's education includes building energy simulation tools using the software VISUAL DOE, and energy efficiency in industrial machines.
