Samar Al Tekreeti is a professional with extensive experience in international project management and training. With a background in architecture, sustainable design, and interior design, Samar has held leadership positions in various companies, including the Association of Energy Engineers and The British University in Dubai. In their current role as Director of International Operations, Samar oversees international training partners and projects, while in previous roles, Samar Al Tekreeti has managed department heads, developed new programs, and coordinated with local and federal agencies. Through their dedication and expertise, Samar continues to make significant contributions to the field of sustainable design and energy efficiency.
Association of Energy Engineers
The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is a nonprofit professional society of over 17,000 members in 100 countries. The mission of AEE is “to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for sustainable development.” AEE offers a full array of informational outreach programs including certification programs, conferences, journals, books, and training programs. AEE's network of 100 local chapters meets regularly to discuss regional issues. AEE's roster of corporate members is a veritable “who's who” from the commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, energy services, and utility sectors.
