Association of Energy Engineers
Rachel Hobson currently serves as an Events Coordinator and Office Manager at the Association of Energy Engineers, an organization dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability with a network of over 18,000 members globally. Prior to this role, Rachel accumulated extensive experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) at several veterinary practices, including the Veterinary Referral Surgical Practice, Windy Hill Veterinary Hospital, and Warwick Animal Hospital from 2008 to 2022. Rachel holds an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, obtained between 2008 and 2010.

The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is a nonprofit professional society of over 17,000 members in 100 countries. The mission of AEE is “to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for sustainable development.” AEE offers a full array of informational outreach programs including certification programs, conferences, journals, books, and training programs. AEE's network of 100 local chapters meets regularly to discuss regional issues. AEE's roster of corporate members is a veritable “who's who” from the commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, energy services, and utility sectors.
