Turquoise Shaw is an experienced professional in the field of lighting and energy efficiency, currently serving as President at Blue Lighting Consultants since April 2020, where responsibilities include conducting lighting audits and designing new lighting systems. Additionally, Turquoise works as a Project Developer at NORESCO, focusing on energy efficiency projects, and serves as a CLEP Instructor with the Association of Energy Engineers. The Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is a nonprofit professional society of over 17,000 members in 100 countries. The mission of AEE is “to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for sustainable development.” AEE offers a full array of informational outreach programs including certification programs, conferences, journals, books, and training programs. AEE's network of 100 local chapters meets regularly to discuss regional issues.
