Marie Tako

Marie Tako is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications with an emphasis on Rhetoric and Culture, along with a minor in French at Wheaton College, expected to graduate in 2025. Marie has held several leadership positions, including Junior Class President, Student Ambassador, General Secretary for the Sophomore Class Council, College Union Public Relations Manager, and Vice President for Wheaton Turning Point. Marie gained practical experience as a Communications and Marketing Systems Intern at the American Enterprise Institute and as a Strategic Communications and Events Intern at the McCain Institute, both starting in May 2023. Prior to these roles, Marie worked as a Camp Counselor at Biltmore Country Club and a Day Camp Counselor at Barrington Park District, as well as a Barista at Egg Harbor Cafe.
