Paul T. Anderson

Paul T. Anderson is an experienced professional in public affairs and consulting, currently serving as Partner at Fluence Advisory since January 2024, providing counsel to organizations and executive leaders on critical issues in the Midwest. As CEO and Founder of The Anderson Group since August 2015, Paul has led efforts in government relations, strategic communications, and project management. Paul has been a member of the American Enterprise Institute's Leadership Network since September 2018, promoting policy education for mid-career executives. Previously, Paul served as a State Senator in Minnesota from 2017 to 2021, where leadership included chairing the Higher Education Committee. Other notable positions include Director of Business Development at Touchpoint Restaurant Innovations, President & CEO of Tee It Up for the Troops, and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of Governor Tim Pawlenty. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business and Communication and a minor in Political Science from Concordia College.
