Rachel Hershberger (Jelinek)

Rachel (Jelinek) Hershberger has a diverse work experience in the field of editing and journalism. Rachel started their career as a news reporter at The Columbia Missourian, where they brainstormed and pitched story ideas, wrote multiple stories per week, and produced multimedia content. Rachel then worked as an editorial intern at The Missouri Review, where they managed social media platforms and published blog posts. Rachel also worked as a reader/researcher at Newz Group and as an assistant news editor at Columbia Missourian. Rachel later joined St. Paul Pioneer Press as a Dow Jones News Fund Editing Intern. Currently, Rachel is serving as the Assistant Director of Editing at American Enterprise Institute, where they have held various editorial roles, including Senior Editor and Associate Editor.
